Howard Charney, DDS

Dr. Charney is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland Dental School, Baltimore Maryland. He attended a General Practice Residency program at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. He is formely a clinical instructor at the University of New Haven Dental Hygiene School. He has been in private practice for over 25 years initially in the Westville area and then in Hamden. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Kenneth Fratarcangeli, DMD

Dr. Fratarcangeli received degrees from Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his 3 year service as a dentist in the U.S. Navy, he completed a General Practice Residency at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. He has been in private practice for over 14 years – first in the Trumbull area for several years and then in practice with Dr Charney initially as an associate and now as a partner for over 7 years. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
